During the COVID-19 Level 4 Alert Lockdown St Lukes Veterinary Centre will be open for unwell or injured animals & dispensing medications & food. Please call us on 098455573 Our online booking will be disabled during this time.
Where possible we will arrange a Telemedicine consultation via Skype or Facetime. Medications can then be dispensed and picked up from the clinic, or we can courier them out to you if required. If after a Telemedicine consult the veterinarian feels a physical examination is required there will be no extra charge for this.

If you need to come to the clinic please adhere to the following procedure.
Phone ahead! So we can triage whether we need to see your pet in the clinic, or allow us to get your food or medication ready for you before you arrive.
When you arrive, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR & phone reception on 098455573 and someone will come down.
If you are bringing a dog in , please place him/her in the cage provided or leave your cat on the bench in their cage for one of our staff to collect

Our philosophy is to provide our clients with the highest quality veterinary care for their pets. With three experienced veterinarians, we take a team approach for those difficult cases to ensure the best outcome for your pet. We can provide the full range of veterinary care, from health checks and vaccinations, through to dentistry and xrays, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. We have a well equipped in house laboratory which enables us to run blood tests, and have results within half an hour. We have plenty of parking under the building, and a friendly team of staff to care for your pet, we look forward to seeing you in our new clinic

St Lukes Veterinary Centre is one of only two veterinary clinics in central Auckland to meet the NZVA standards to be BESTPRACTICE accredited.The BESTPRACTICE standards have been modelled on equivalent overseas standards and adapted to the New Zealand situation. BESTPRACTICE Clinic Standards itemises the standards of service, facilities, equipment, and management considered essential in veterinary practice.The standards encourage the ongoing critical evaluation of the practice's surgical, medical, diagnostic and nursing protocols in order to maintain a high level of excellence.Practices are audited by independent veterinary auditors prior to initial accreditation and then every two years. The current auditors are the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Verification Agency.

We are conveniently situated at 13 Morningside Drive , Just down the road from Westfield St Lukes. Look out for the large palm tree out front of the blue building. There is plenty of parking conveniently located underneath of the building.
