Veterinary Nurse DVN

Jessica previously worked as a gym manager before retraining to qualify with a Diploma of Veterinary Nursing in 2020 from Vet Nurse Plus.  Shortly after Jessica started her veterinary nursing career at St Lukes Veterinary Centre. 

Jessica enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing, but particularly enjoys learning about animal behaviour and surgery. She is a huge advocate for animal welfare and ensuring every patient gets the love and care they deserve. She enjoys not only building a close bond with her patients but also a good rapport with all clients and ensuring they have all the tools they need to properly care for their animals.

In addition to her vet nursing duties, Jessica also runs our puppy preschool classes in the clinic. So if you have a new fur baby within the family and need a bit of help settling them in have a chat to her.

In her spare time she enjoys competing in Powerlifting competitions and enjoying outdoor activities. in the future she would love to travel with her degree and do some volunteer work in Africa with the wildlife.
